Accumulated interrupting current reaches 80% Isc life value → report to SCADA actively.

Energy storage capacitor capacity < 85% → trigger replacement alarm.

Special maintenance

Salt spray environment: clean the insulation surface every 6 months (special neutral cleaning agent).

Cold region: Silicon-based grease is prohibited below -30℃ (fluoroether grease is used instead).

Annual inspection items: the analog voltage drops to 0.2Un, and the closing time of the test circuit breaker is ≥625ms.
